At Lisa Leung Manual Therapy we genuinely care about the wellbeing of every person who walks through our doors. Our mission is to provide timely, high-quality care in Sports Therapy,  Deep Tissue Massage and all the other manual treatment we offer.

To ensure we can support as many clients as possible, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This helps us offer your slot to someone who may be waiting for treatment or in urgent need.

If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule

We completely understand that sometimes life throws the unexpected at us. If something comes up, please get in touch as early as you can—whether by phone or email—and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

However, in order to run our clinic fairly and sustainably:

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or arriving more than 20 minutes late will be charged the full session fee. Unfortunately, at such short notice, we’re often unable to fill the space.

• All bookings require a 100% non-refundable deposit, which will be forfeited in these circumstances.

We Understand Life Happens

We appreciate that unexpected events, such as accidents or emergencies, can sometimes make it impossible to attend. If this happens, please let us know as soon as you can. We will always consider your situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to reach a fair and compassionate resolution.​
